Does anyone have a number for SKY? My TV was installed this morning but I have no home phone or Internet. Nobody has contacted me to say when this will be installed and I work from home so need Internet urgently

The lead times for Sky television and Sky broadband are completely different, even when ordered together: unfortunately Sky is not particularly good at telling people this.
New broadband provision has a lead time of at least ten working days from the point the order is processed: working from home makes no difference to the supply of a domestic service.

No ISP can set you up any quicker regardless of working from home.

Hi
My TV was installed this morning. I ordered the whole package over a month ago.
I presumed the same engineer would install TV phone and broadband but he said he could only do the TV part. So now I don't have Internet or broadband and don't have a number to call SKY

Find out more@MiaandBailey Thecforum software prevents posting of phone numbers but you can find numbers by following through the contact us link at the base of each web page or by a simple google search but only choose numbers starting 03 to avoid the call forwarding services thst charge you for nothing.
In the My Sky app you should find drtails in the My Orders section most briadbsnd work is not done by Sky's own engineers but by the network operator Openreach. If you having a new line run the prices can take sometime. As pointed out tge fact you chose to use what is sold as a domestic connection does not change the priority unfortunately.
Best of luck.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Nope: different process, different timescale, different technology, different people involved.
