Phone number broadband
My internet went down at 12:30. This morning, still no internet reset my box reset my router can't get no internet up running affected my phone services and my Xbox services.
It's even affecting my ring doorbell and my ring camera which is pointed at the front of my house. I can't access my camera through my mobile, as I do not have any service.
Why is this happening it's beginning to get a joke now. No one's inform me why I have no internet. I plastered all this stuff through this internet sky fiber which I'm on.
It's stopping me to the landline phone and the internet
Seem to be a problem at the moments 😕 this is not the first time it's happened. This is probably about the third time. My skygo app had issues. I fixed that now the internet and my phone is down, which is connected to the hub. It's a stupid service where you can't use your phone separately to your modem. Is all connected up to this new system? And I can't find out what if crovin, my internet To drop out and hopefully that I should not get any burglaries to my house.
I've installed ring cameras and my doorbell. If connected to the service, but there's no service is down someone telling me what is going on. With this, the exchange or are they doing any work near my house? Or is there a power problem somewhere? But we don't know about if it's not back on tomorrow. IM gonna have to call sky and have a flicking. Go with him because I feel like I just wanna leave the dam. Company, after they'd been messing me around people on the phone. Do not listen to us. All they think about is themselves and take our money, but don't do anything about it. I've had to put up with it for the last 10 years and IM not having an issue. It's beginning to be a sudden joke. I'm happy with the service. Why it drops out? It should have come back on if they cut us off.I m a not happy bunny

Re: Phone number broadband
When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. Hopefully it'll be back before 7.

Re: Phone number broadband
If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Phone number broadband
@rob+burr no point in leaving Sky because of loss of service due to line maintenance by Openreach as that will affect any isp using the same line.
