I have tried to resolve the issue of my phone not working and saying ' check phone line.' Please ensure this is fixed asap as I am losing bookings and therefore business. landline number. . I have had no phone for 3 days! Thank you

Have you actually reported a fault to Sky and gone through their troubleshooting in order to get an Openreach appointment booked?
Sky has a specific product for business use: https://businessconnect.sky.com/ Using a domestic Sky subscription for business purposes brings no additional priority, support, better response time or compensation.
