Phone line/internet cable cut

Hi All

my phone line/broadband cable has been cut my by neighbours builders, so now I have no phone line or Broadband! 

who do I need to contact to fix this?

@Stagg311 you will need to report to Sky if you buy your service from them. They will either send one of their own engineers or get Openreach to do the work. To make this easy I am escalating your post to a Sky team who suport the forum who will send you an invitation to a private chat through the forum where a chat icon will appear.

Hi

I was supposed to have an engineer come today and look at my internet, but a no show. Don't think they will turn up today now. Have tried to get hold of sky to inform them but no luck yet. Waited around all day too!
