Hello.
Openreach were recently called to our property as there was an issue with the line. The engineers temporarily ran a new line along the embankment from our house to the main box. Unfortunately a tractor has just cut through the line as they were cutting the embankment so we are now without a phone line/broadband..
an openreach engineer will be required to install a new line.
can you please advise?
