Persistent slow service

I have been experiencing severe drop offs on my broadband just now my download speed is 10.54mb/s this has improved from 8.7mb/s in the last 30mins. This has been happening over the past 4 weeks. It works OK then drops off stopping anything I'm streaming. I have tried my equipment on other networks with no problem. This is not the first problem I've had with your service and I'm thinking of looking elsewhere
