Paying for something that doesn’t work

For weeks now my WiFi connection will drop I do what it says on the app and still nothing. Then I get 4 engineers all together and openreach out and still nothing has changed. So they send me a boost and guess what nothing so I'm paying sky for something I don't even get. 

when it's on anyway the speed is slow and it says on for a good 20 minutes till the connection light flash's amber
