You appear to be receiving the correct connection speed so I presume you are checking via WiFi which will always be slower - start here - No connection or slow WiFi | Sky Help | Sky.com

Approach that "this is customer fault" or "probably customer is doing somethoing wrng" "please reset you router" "please switch off router for 10 min" etc is typical for Sky company customer support.
I don't use WiFi at all because Sky is using old type of rooter with archaic WPA2 standart. Sky rooter is simply - from technical point of view - basic piece of hardware not suitable for contemporary networking needs.
Today my spped is again diferent above 100Mbps. I'm not sure what they are doing , where and who but something is not working properrly and customers don't have acces to information related to technical issues in local area or national.

As described in the subject. What is the phone number for Sky customer experiencing technical difficulties with broadband and they wish to discuss this with Sky technical support team?
By technical support team, I mean someone who is able to give more sophisticated advice ( forget about switch off router for 10 minutes, or reset your router) find solutions, and able to check in real time Sky difficulties with broadband or national, local level, measure network speed stability, or just simply inform that engineers are working in the area and issues are expected today, in current week or something like this.
Thank You

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Martinovka It's the same number everyone calls.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
