Patchy WiFi, Sky Customer Service promised to fix and call back and didn’t, now SkyQ mini box failed

Customer for 21 years. Premium package.

Tried to solve problem online using MySky and Sky.com - no success after 45 mins.

Spoke to a customer service advisor in India. Tried to upgrade to include one more product while reporting ongoing issues - wouldn't do it while Broadband not working (Openreach problem)

Promised to call back and didn't.
What do I do to get this fixed and sorted? Paying over £160 per month for patchy WiFi, erratic product and rubbish service.
Advice welcome. Thank you.

@MrsBelle not defending Sky's customer services but customers need to have realistic expectations especially at busy times. The time to fix faults  in the Openreach network are not under Sky's or any ISP's control. We have had the Christmas break and a number of periods of bad weather which increases faults and the resultant load on Sky's systems which does impact service levels.

Calling back is the first thing the tends to suffer the fault is offering to do so as the agent should be aware that it is unlikely to happen.
