I do not have full WiFi coverage inside my home, my understanding is that there is provision in my contact to ensure full coverage.

how do I escalate this problem with Sky support?

@PatG6000 all customers get the wall to wall Wifi guarantee see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wall-to-wall-wifi-guarantee which is essentially just a way to sell Sky's add-on packages like WiFi Max see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max which does offer a better WiFi guarantee at a cost.

 

Its up to you if you pay Sky monthly to get their extenders or buy your own system and turn off the wifi on the Sky hub.
