Older sky modem over to white max hub

Why did old sky router work fine with voip app  but sky max hub it won't work? 
Tried removing shield but still not  working also changed advanced wifi setting over  from 3 to 2 but still not worked?

@Learnasgo there is a change in the network set up with the Sky Max hub which can affect dertain apps particularly business VPNs and also apparently some VOIP services. I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
