Changing appt for broadband engineer

Just purchased a broadband package, the engineer date quoted was march 6th. This is a month away and I wish to change it. I go to the section the robot sends me to and it says it can't fine my order and to trya calling (the number doesnt work) or try sky community. A great start to the contract.

You're unlikely to be able to bring the appointment forward. You'll have been given the earliest possible appointment in your area.
