Password help

I cant get onto WiFi with my computer. It wont accept the password

It may sound silly but are you sure you are typing it correctly with the correct upper & lower case?

Are other devices connecting okay with the same password?

Have you tried holding the reset button on the rear of the hub for 30 seconds?

 

Could you also please tell us what computer you have & what version of OS it is?

Also please upload a screenshot of the error you see.

@les1940 This isn't a broadband issue,  you need to read the TV manual on how to input text on the device inbuilt keyboard.

 

Normally the Up arrow on the keyboard gives Capital letters.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
