Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Catherine5646 if its a single device tell the devicecto forget the connection then fully reboot iit and add the connection from scratch as one cause is the device's memory position holding the password gets scrambled.
If its multiple devices check you are reading the code correctly as it is quite sasy to misread say a number 0 as the letter O.
