Parental controls
Does sky broadband have parental controls....I need to restrict my sons use of his xbox but all I can find is Sky Shield which doesn't disconnect WiFi to devices. I used to be able to do this on a previous sky app, but not any more

That would have been 'Broadband Buddy', which ceased to function a couple of years ago.
The WiFi Max offering is this one:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max-parental-controls
which operates on the Sky Max Hub and is administered through the My Sky app.
