Parental control

We are a married couple of 60 ish just had skyfibre installed and it comes with parental control already installed we don't need it or want it how can we remove it we are not very tech savy Thank you

I suspect that's Broadband Shield filtering rather than Parental Controls (which are largely related to timed access periods)

In order to alter the parental settings you need to open up My Sky App on phone and click on Broadband. Then scroll down and click on Product Settings then Broadband Shield and change the option to 18.
