Parental Controls not appearing on app

Hi,

 

I've recently upgraded to Sky broadband max but can't see the parental controls under broadband on the MySky App. I had this service before and it worked okay, but since I re-subscribed I can't see the option? I've updated and even reinstalled the app, but to no avail? I've also turned the WiFi off and back on again but with no luck.

 

The app has options to upgrade to Max on it, and when I click on this it just says I've already got it.

 

any help appreciated!

@Blah1982 sounds like Sky have not reset the app correctly so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
