Parental Controls not appearing on app

Hi,

I've recently upgraded to Sky broadband max but can't see the parental controls under broadband on the MySky App. I had this service before and it worked okay, but since I re-subscribed I can't see the option? I've updated and even reinstalled the app, but to no avail? I've also turned the WiFi off and back on again but with no luck.

The app has options to upgrade to Max on it, and when I click on this it just says I've already got it.

@Blah1982 sounds like Sky have not reset the app correctly so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Hi I'm having this issue too and wondered if I could jump on here to have this escalated and fixed. Changed router to sky wifi max, paid for the add on and no parental controls. Spoke to someone at sky who booked an engineer visit for a weeks time which seems excessive for this issue especially if it's just a case of resetting the app.
