PaloAlto GlobalProtect

I am having real difficulty connecting to the Paloalto GlobalProtect product to allow me to access my work systems. Does anyone have any suggestions to help. I keep getting 'The network connection is unreachable or the portal is unresponsive. Check the network connection and reconnect'

@Erdbeerfelder As it say's you need to check that the security portal is up and running, this is nothing that sky would be blocking.

Are you using a white Sky Max Hub?

In that case the pinned post at the top of this forum is relevant.

Typically the issue is the deployment by Sky of IPv4 address sharing through Map-T on broadband circuits that land on a Max Hub.
