Packet loss

Does anyone understand about package loss when playing xbox one. Games lagging alot even though we have the fastest internet for our area. We have moved XBox one closer to router but this isnt helping either. Vey frustrating as not had this issue before

Packet loss is a result of a missing/late data transmission packet sent from your router/internet to your device. If you are experiencing packet loss is almost always due to using WiFi which is extremely susceptible to interference from other WiFi connected devices/router or other external factors. Ideally you should use an ethernet connection.
