A woman from BT came to my home last night to try and get me to change my broadband and landline from sky to BT. I agreed however when it came to completing the process over the phone they were unable to do it due to my postcode not being recognised. Since then I have changed my mind and would like to stick with the current contract I have with sky. Is there a way of checking that nothing has affected my contract with sky? As the woman said BT would automatically contact sky to tell them about the changeover.
