Package Upgrade

Hello,

My current deal does not end until July 2023. Can I upgrade earlier now?

Also, I am currently on the Essential Plus internet package, and I want to upgrade to the Superfast package. Does this mean I will get a new router? At the moment I have the Sky Q Hub.

Finally, is there anything new that needs to be setup if I get a new router compared the the Sky Q Hub?

The sky q hub er115 remains the correct for sky essentials and superfast

You only get the broadband sr203 if you upgrade to broadband boost or if your superfast can be delivered by fttp

P.S. other than that you can upgrade at any time even if in contract

If you are on sky essentials then any upgrade will likely the wbc fttp option. Meaning that even superfast 80Mbps or 150, 500 or 1Gbps will be full fibre to the premises assuming sky has their networking equipment at the exhange
