PS5 won't connect

Had an engineer out today due to poor internet speeds - further work required. Prior to visit, PS5 could connect fine to the broadband, albeit with poor speed. Now it won't/can't. "Can't connect to the internet. Your internet service provider or your router might be preventing your PS5 from connecting to the internet [...] the network you're trying to connect to requires authentication using a web browser". Anything else I attempt connection with works fine, it's just the PS5. Any ideas how to resolve this? Was working fine literally yesterday and now it's not.

I believe the PS5 does not support DFS channels or channel 149 (80Mhz) wide and the latest Sky Max equipment does, the only solution is to set up another wireless access point on 5Ghz  channel 36. Alternatively, run an ethernet cable to PS5 or use ethernet over the powerline with adapters.
