My PS5 cannot obtain an IP address from my Sky Max Hub specifically over 5 GHz. It works perfectly on 2.4 GHz and on a mobile hotspot. My Xbox and other devices work normally on the hub. The PS5 is set to automatic IP/DNS/MTU and NAT Type 2 when using 2.4 GHz. I’ve also tested disabling IPv6 and it made no difference. Can you check the DHCP/device configuration on my Sky Max Hub and whether there is a known PS5/5 GHz issue

@Tyler66 the Sky Max hub broadcasts a single WiFi6 dualband SSID which you cannot split. If the device supports WiFi6 as the PS5 does it should connect to both. However the 5GHz band has less range than the lower frequency 2.4GHz band so your issue could literally could be down to that. 

Thecabilitybof switch each band off manually in the My Sky app is only required to while connecting legacy devices that cannot handle the Dualband SSID
