@Geordie12 not stuck for choice loads of ISPs around which you can buy from will depend on the networks available in your road. If you only have an Openreach line and the issue is a dodgy line moving isps wont helpas the problem will move with you. Easy to switch these days with the One Touch switch process just contact your new supplier and they handle the whole thing including cancelling with Sky.
However check you are not in the fixed contract period as Sky will bill you for cancellation charges unless thry have been waved due to an inability to supply the contracted service.

I'm looking at alternatives to sky. I've been with them for more than 20 years but now I've had enough.
