PON red light cannot contact Sky
I have a red solid PON light on my openreach wall socket resulting in no broadband/wi-fi in the home. I keep being directed to Sky service checker, which is telling me everything is fine. I have no way of booking an engineer, the phone number is fully automated and takes me on a loop with a text link back to the service checker. I need to book an engineer. @Sky please can someone contact me urgently? Thank you!!

Correction LOS light is solid red not PON.

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
The person you have tagged is another customer who is almost certainly regretting choosing that Community name.
No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are.
All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
