And the Hub is normally dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive a few days prior to the activation date.
Once sent out you can usually track its progress. The postie will usually leave it hidden if no one is in. You don't need to sign for it. The postie should also pop a card through the letterbox telling you where it was left and the tracking should show some information on it too.

If you ordered a fibre product, 100mbs or faster, then as part of the order process you have to select an appointment time, if fiber does not exist at your property. This is because it requires an Openreach or City fibre engineer to install.
alternatively go to your Sky account and under your profile, select 'My Orders' from the drop down and you can see the current status of your order.
