Discussion topic: POD won’t connect

Hello,

I had an engineer visit today and he connected my POD.

i unplugged it today as we had some electrical work done. Since plugging it back in it won't connect. I have spent 45 minutes trying to connect it.

@MattMartin Call sky before 8pm and have someone talk you through it all!

Call Sky and waste my time trying to get through AI to a real person. Phoning Sky is a total waste of time.
