Owlet Sock

I am trying to connect an Owlet Sock device.
when I disable the 5GHz (on the app - doesn't give me the option on web browser ) as the sock requires 2.4GHz only then WiFi appears to crash and the sock cannot find the device.

please let me know how I can connect this device on the 2.4GHz only.

@Amy316 assume you have a white Sky hub. When you select to disablectge 5GHz band in the My Sky app the hub will restart the WiFi while it is doing thst you will lose the connection to the device you are using

. Once the hub is restarted your device should reconnect on its own if it d oesnt you will have to do that yourself. Onde the device is connected again use the Owlet app to find the sock as explained here https://support.owletcare.com/hc/en-us/articles/4406067813645-Smart-Sock-3-Connecting-to-Wi-Fi-Using...

once the connection is made then go back into the My Sky app and the sock should still be connected.
