Over a year of the Internet crashing everyday

I am fed up with the service I have had from sky since I have been with you I have constantly been losing Internet service at intervals everyday this has been over 2 years, I complained once before. What am I paying for? I listen to online music it's interrupted every time. I watch a film and have to wait for the Internet as it crashes all the time. I feel ripped off. I work from home and my Internet crashes and causes my meetings to be cancelled. I am just fed up.

@Cathy501 you are not addresing Sky by posting in the forum if you want to complainyou need to call them. 

If you would like help from forummembers who are customers like yourself then you would have to givecsome details like what happens to the lights on the Sky hub's when youlose connectivity.
