Over a month on and still no Openreach 🥺
Hi
We're over a month on from our unsuccessful original install date (home move) and still had no contact from Sky or Openreach as to when they will be installing our wifi. We're getting nowhere and each week I receive a message saying i'll be updated in a week and the update is another message saying i'll be updated! Has anyone been in this situation and ever got it sorted?
Thanks

If you don't order tracker is of no help all you can do is to call Sky for an update to see why the delay.

Unfortunately it's Sky telling me they cant update me. Apparently, I just have to be patient and wait for Openreach - i've been patient for over a month. Openreach arent giving any updates, and obvs i'm unable to contact them myself. Its incredibly frustrating. Just wondering how other people have managed to get it sorted x

Re: Over a month on and still no Openreach 🥺
Yeah it's always annoying being stuck in the middle between Openreach and your ISP. All you can do really is put pressure on Sky to put pressure on Openreach, because as you say you can't speak to Openreach directly.
It's a bit like being stuck between a rock and a hard place and seems to affect all ISPs that use Openreach - even EE (in my recent-ish experience).
