Re: Outstanding cancellation fee
@Newhome17 It does not work like that, you have to settle the final bill in full, and also be aware off the time limit that EE set in there process, if you do not comply EE will give you nothing, it's there process and they will do what is needed to not pay it out! The help link below may assist you, and if you are no longer a sky customer they will not talk to you as no legal way to do that, best advice pay up quickly and get it all over and done with, then go fight it out with EE to get the credit applied to your EE account....

Re: Outstanding cancellation fee
Did you leave EE and then move to Sky, if so you have to pay any outstanding fees with EE then as long you provide the information they want Sky will credit your account up the following:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer
Switching to Sky Broadband? - We’ll credit you up to £200*
Switching to Sky TV? - We’ll credit you up to £100*
Switching to Sky TV & Broadband? - We’ll credit you up to £300*
You must provide a copy of the bill from EE where you have been charged an early termination fee and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Outstanding cancellation fee
@caesarome Kind off read it the other way OP left sky and expected EE to upfront the bill which off course no ISP does and why they have the waiting period for it all and the time limit's, just like sky all documented on there sites!
