Good morning 

 

the sky engineer came tonight it in Thursday 16 and advised that the open reach engineer needs to attend please can you arrange an appointment

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

Its Openreach, not Outreach as per your thread title.

 

Contact Sky to discuss and arrange this. It's not something that can be done here.

As we are customers here then you will need to call for an update on your issue and to see if an Openreach engineer has been booked.
