What should I have received in my parcel from Sky Broadband to be ready for Openreach to install full fibre?

Potentially just an ethernet cable if you already have a Sky Broadband Hub (SR203) in use for Sky ADSL or FTTC and didn't choose to add the WiFi Max subscription supplement.

This comes as a surprise to many people.

New customers would typically receive a white Sky Max Hub, power supply and ethernet cable.

@MH94 If you happen to have an older sky hub or a sky Q hub, then sky may also update you to the Sky Broadband Hub at the same time as phone will now connect into the rear connection off the hub for digital landline!
