The power adapter has stopped working and I need a replacement . How do I speak to someone to sort ? Ive tried the virtual assistant, waste of time . And I can let find a way of contacting anyone to actually speak to
@RichardGilbert Do you mean the Openreach PSU adapter? call sky 150 from your landline is by far the easiest and only way to get one, sky need to get OR to replace, so 8am to 8pm are the times. The Amazon one is linked below if you need!
