Outdated box and WiFi problems
Your advisor has told me that the WiFi box is obselete and the reason why we are having WiFi problems. He will not replace it though unless I go into another contract with yourselves. But I am already on contract and not getting the service am paying for. Please advise.

@Vikki28 Which router do you have from the link below and how long do you have left on your present contract with Sky?
