Outage

I have no internet, logged onto my app and it says outage in my area however my neighbours who are on sky have internet. Any ideas?

Do your  neighbours  have full fibre broadband to the property, which is fibre optic cable, and are you on the old copper phone line if so that will be why,full fibre is more reliable  and that's  why the old copper phone lines are being taken out of service and  be replaced

And you lose of signal  light  will be on and only the other light that  will be the power light

I have had full fibre to the property broadband with  sky since  January last year and have never had any problems, and i  live on the  Kent coast

 Power light and wifi light is on Green. The internet one isn't.
