Outage in stevenage

Ok so my Internet is down since 10th Dec,keeps saying outage in my area stevenage,it's not fixed as yet,still waiting yet it says two days to fix on sky site which is up.will I be compensated for the days without Internet?I don't  thing 2Gb is acceptable  I.m eating data like no tomorrow.a reduction on my bill would be more acceptable, Sky please get this sort now.

We are customers so we can't give you an update unfortunately. You won't receive an update from Sky on here.


In case you aren’t already aware, the following link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you notify Sky of the fault, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (from 01/04/24 the rates are £9.76 per day).
