Outage in Leyton since Saturday
Can somebody give me an update on when the outage in Leyton is expected to be fixed? For someone that works from home, this is wildly inconvenient, and Sky are providing us with no updates. We have had no internet or phone line for 4 days now.

Re: Outage in Leyton since Saturday
An update can't be given if Openreach do not issue an update on the matter. Problems can be complex so its hard to put a date on them.

Re: Outage in Leyton since Saturday
Openreach are not the best at updating the isp's which is all Sky can pass on. Although working from home has no relevance the below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when the fault is first reported to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.
