There's been an outage in my area NE12 since the early hours of 12th September. Is it normal for it to take this long to resolve. Phone messages to Sky say they are aware of it and it will be resolved "soon".
No other reports of this outage on social media so I'm wondering if I'm the only one

It would really depend on how complex the outage is and whether ot not Openreach(the network owner) would need to obtain permissions to dig up roads/paths to locate the issue.
