our broadband is down for the 3rd day now, no indication of any fix! Is there anywhere I can chase to see if openreach are aware and trying to fix?

@Down5y7 You can't "chase" an outage repiar as the fault could be anywhere on the network, if Sky are already aware then the SLA for a fault resolution is 2 working days from being reported to Sky, this does not include weekends.
If it goes on longer you may be entitled to auto compansation as detailed here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
