Hi,
had an outage since the 10th December but it was from the 9th December.
no updates have been given , and receding 2gb comp isn't helping as I work from home. It's been 4 days and still no update. Who do i contact to see what is happening.

Hi, have the red there is an issue with your broadband and it's been like that since last Sunday. First I was told 48 hours 6 days later nothing has changed.

I'm so sorry .. I have exactly the same complaint in another thread, only I have broadband outtage since 7th.
I am being told to wait, stilll, but how do I know somebody is even looking at this, a week later.
