Out of sync voice

Hi, my Netflix is out of sync with the voice over and isn't working properly

Most audio/video equipment even smart TVs when connected by ARC will have a function to adjust the lipsync, but eARC should do the function automatically. If you are using a separate audio system that has eARC and it is out of lipsync then check you are using an HDMI cable that supports eARC.

@Lyndsey000 you have posted innthe Broadband forum but your issue is not related to broadband. If you tell us which Sky TV system is causing the problem one of the Superusers can move your post to the appropriste forum.
