Hi, my Netflix is out of sync with the voice over and isn't working properly

Most audio/video equipment even smart TVs when connected by ARC will have a function to adjust the lipsync, but eARC should do the function automatically. If you are using a separate audio system that has eARC and it is out of lipsync then check you are using an HDMI cable that supports eARC.
