My tv glass keeps going off says issue with broadband
Internet keeps going off, I have sky glass so it keeps goin off

@Jomo20 The first step is to log into the My Sky app which works overca mobile connection and run the connection test as thst will check if therevis a known fault and if the hub is connected it will test thst connection and can offer to book an engineer to check everything. If it doesnt give Sky a call but things are pretty budy as the recent bad westher has caused loads of similar faults unfortunately.
