Our broadband keeps dropping which is affecting remote working and home learning

I am tired of the repeated dropping of the signal, which means that my son's university lectures are getting disrupted and my work calls are getting disconnected. Our house alarm has a repeated error signal every time it drops. We pay so much per month, so please sort it out

@filmfan  You're not talking to Sky, thisn is a customer helps customer community, nothing can or will happen on the back of a post from an unlinked account.  No one here knows who you are.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?   Is it your wifi dropping rather than broadband?

Hi .. thanks for replying. Yea - I know it isn't customer service, but I couldn't find a link for that.  I logged in to my account  before posting so not sure what information I am meant to add to my post

@filmfan  Try the help guides posted in my last reply.

If it's wifi dropping it could be down to poor coverage, if so and after fiollowing the steps in the guides I would call Sky.
