Broadband connectivity not working with device App

@Sky.Sky I am having issues with  Sky broadband as it is not connecting to my device apps 

 

Can someone please help me with this...

@Mon2 if some apps are not working but others are check thecsetting on your Broadbsnd Shield in the My Sky app as by default it is set to Age 13 which blocks some activities.
