Our broadband keeps dropping out .
This week our broadband has been dropping out a lot but tonight it totaly went off for 15 mins. Not good when payinv a premium for quality connection.

@Jtitley1 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
Also look at the service checker to see if shows any issues.
