Our WiFi connection within our home continues to drop every five minutes.
Our WiFi signal continues to drop out every couple of minutes. All of the lights on the broadband box turn orange every couple of minutes, but soon after turn green. Even though they turn back green there is no stable WiFi connection as they soon after turn back organge; indicating a drop in connection. This issue has been going on for the past two days.

Re: Our WiFi connection within our home continues to drop every five minutes.
@Kate1401 This is not your Wi-Fi connection that is dropping out it is your broadband that is dropping out.
Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.
