Hi. Although its just been 'Tested' on line & its fine of course ! we have an annoying Wi-Fi that keeps dropping out around the house. We have to unplug the power to the router to get it going again, until the next time of course. Also the 'Voice' light is intermittently turning amber. It means that the Hive won’t work with the heating. (Winters coming!). We had this issue a couple of years back and we still have the same old router and its back causing me a regular headache. Do Sky ever replace a router anymore ? Just so you know we have done to full reboot etc and it's not cured it.
