Our Open Reach Cable has snapped
Our open reach cable has snapped and as a reult we have no WIFI or internet

If this cable is outside of your property, if it is try running this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
If it finds this issue it should ask to to book an engineer repair.
