Good Afternoon,
I have been experiencing some issues with my broadband. Every day at different points in the day the broadband / internet tends to drop. So the router all goes to orange lights and then back to green.
When I am on my PC, the Sky page loads up with connection issues and "Let's Resolve This". This is happening very frequently and we are tempted to move to a different broadband provider because of these issue. We rang up Sky and the said its nothing to do with them and it is us basically.
I was wondering if anyone could give any suggestions, I have attached my Sky Hub Statistics.

Hey! Is there a link for the broadband test? Do you mean do the test after it has dropped or just at any point?

Sorry! I have done the test and it says it all looks good, I just have never done it when the signal has dropped

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@NightWRhodesTry it when the connection drops and see if it offers any other help than having to phone up. If it does leave the connection as is and call. Then Sky should be able to test it to find the fault.

No worries what so ever! Thank You! It drops but comes back on so by the time sky check it. They will surely say it is fine, right?
